Brief introduction：

Roller surface treatment
● Quenching with Subsequent tempering,ensure the density of the structure.
● Outer surface deep quenching, hardness up to HRC50 ~ 55.
● Hard chromium plating on surface with hardness of HV800~900.
● Surface sprayed ceramics with hardness of HV900~1100
Surface treatment
● Mirror roller, super mirror roller grinding and polishing processing.
● We can process different kinds of roller surface, such as leather veins, net veins, mist, frosting.
● The surface sprayed by Teflon, different kinds of rubber spreading rollers.
