Scraper

Brief introduction：

Our scraper has high precision, wear resistance, no small notches and burrs in the blade, good uniformity and smoothness of scraping glue. The materials are made of 45 # seamless steel pipe or alloy steel by heat treatment, mechanical processing, hard chroming, ultra-precision grinding. The roll surface concentricity, roll surface runout and blade edge straightness of scraper are all less than 0.002mm, the  roughness  is 0.015, and the coating thickness is 0.18mm.

Widely used in: coating machine (plastic film, paper, reflective material, tape, cloth, leather, metal foil, medical materials, electronic industry and other base materials coating).
